Sterling Properties, LLC is a locally owned real estate company that specializes in the development and sale of residential properties. Adam Abronski and Ron Mikesh founded the company. They are local real estate brokers who have a combined 21 years of sales and marketing experience in the Triangle and throughout the State.
Adam and Ron are proud alumni of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ron dedicated his years at Carolina to education and earned one BA major with 5 additional concentrations. Ron is married to Denise and has a young son, Parker, who will learn to play soccer very well, very soon.
