Have you ever known someone who seems to be able to consistently manifest what he or she wants to into his or her life?  If so, this person is probably already a natural at “Visualization”. Visualization – How it Works

Many Metaphysicians, Mystics, Quantum Physicists, and Sports Psychologists agree that visualization is a powerful tool you can use to help you create your reality.

You may have heard of the well known visualization study performed by Psychologist - Dr Alan Richardson. He took basketball players and divided them into three groups:

Group #1: Came to the gym for 30 minutes every day for three months and practiced shooting free throws;

Group #2: Did no practice;

Group #3: Spent 30 minutes in their dorm rooms each day, mentally visualizing shooting successful free throws.

After three months they were all brought back into the gym and their performance evaluated:

Group #1: Improved their successful free throws by 24%.

Group #2: No improvement.

Group #3: Also improved 24%.

If visualization can improve one’s free throws in basketball the same as daily practice, imagine how you can use visualization to design the life you want.

Once you figure out the circumstance or experience you want to create, sit down and get deeper and clearer about what you want.  What exactly do you want? What does it look like?  When will it happen?  Who will be involved with you?  How will you feel?  What systems can you visualize that you will have in place at this time? Etc., Etc… The more crystal clear you are in relation to your future creation, the easier it will be to attract that situation to you.

Now you are ready to visualize, imagine, and daydream the desired situation in to your life!  It has been reported that visualization reaps greater results when you practice it daily while you are in a relaxed, receptive state.
