What is Meditation? There are many interpretations of meditation, but in its simplest form, meditation is an activity that you engage in to assist you in keeping your mind calmly focused in the present moment. In this state, you are not anticipating or worrying about future events, nor are you being controlled by your reactions to memories from your past.
